In the middle of Saturday’s blizzard, sifaka Gisela gave birth to a handsome baby boy! Another grandchild for Jovian aka Zoboomafoo! Vet tech Megan (holding the infant) walked 2 miles in the snow to check on the newborn, and husbandry staff stayed overnight through the weekend to care for the lemurs. Mom, baby and staff are all doing well!
